About
I have been a life coach since July of 2020.
I began online with Cerebral, a San Francisco-based mental health start-up, and moved to in-person work at the Monte Nido Residential Eating Disorder Treatment Center in July of 2023.
I launched my private life coaching practice in May of 2024.

Happiness was something I felt only intermittently growing up. Stress, negativity and sadness were much more frequent, and though I achieved my way into a functioning adulthood, I began to come apart at age 25 and eventually received a diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder, anxiety and PTSD.
I’ve had to learn a few things since then. The most important has been listening for my own voice amidst thoughts, emotions and the clamor of the outside world. I’ve also had to learn the courage to share my voice with others—first with the people I love, and eventually, the wider community.
I’ve become passionate about helping others find their own authentic voices as well. I spent ten years advocating for vulnerable youth and families in various non-profits, and moved to early childhood education and social services alongside my younger two children and older foster son (now 11, 14 and 22 years old).
Listening to others share their own journeys has heartened me deeply, and the chance to provide nurture and guidance along the way has been pure joy. I’ve seen many clients in my career, but I don’t think I could ever forget even one.
